LUXbnb was created by Charlotte P, an avid traveller, urban dweller, mother and lover of life.  

Seeing an unmet need in Washington DC for an alternative to hotels plus a desire by property owners to safely generate a healthy and carefree revenue stream from their residential properties, Charlotte melded the two into a short-term rental business targeting business and vacation travelers.  LUXbnb was born.  

Charlotte has a 15-year professional background working with start-ups in marketing, sales and business development. In addition to her business skills, she is intimately aware of the needs of business travelers having averaged 180 hotel nights per year during those 15 years.  As an avid vacation traveler, Charlotte has found her way to 48 states and more than 60 countries. Having travelled the U.S and the world for business and pleasure as a solo traveler, with business colleagues and with family she knows well what travelers need and want in short-stay accommodations.
